Welcome to Good Crumbs Cookies. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Who We Are
Good Crumbs Cookies is a student-owned, home-based cottage bakery. All cookies are baked from scratch in a home kitchen that is not subject to commercial food inspection, as permitted under applicable cottage-food laws.
2. Orders and Payment
- All orders must be placed and paid for in advance through our website.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if we cannot fulfill it or if payment fails).
3. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup and delivery times are limited to our published hours and local service area.
- You are responsible for picking up your order at the agreed time, or being available to receive a delivery. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be discarded without refund.
4. Food Allergies and Safety
Important: Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and tree nuts (including peanuts). We cannot guarantee that any product is free from these allergens or from cross-contact. If you have a serious food allergy, please do not order. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk.
5. Freshness
Cookies are baked fresh to order. We recommend enjoying them within 3 days for best taste, or freezing them for longer storage.
6. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, photos, recipes, and branding on this site are owned by Good Crumbs Cookies and may not be reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Crumbs Cookies' total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
