Refund Policy

Because our cookies are freshly baked to order and perishable, our refund policy is as follows.
1. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time.
- Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup/delivery are non-refundable, because ingredients have already been prepared.
2. Problems With Your Order
If something is wrong with your order — wrong item, missing item, or quality issue — please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at hello@goodcrumbscookies.com. Include a photo if possible.
Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement on your next order
- Store credit toward a future order
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
3. Missed Pickups and Failed Deliveries
If you do not pick up your order at the agreed time, or are not available to receive a delivery, the order is non-refundable. We will hold pickup orders for up to 24 hours when possible.
4. Allergies and Personal Preference
We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences or for allergic reactions, as our allergen disclosure is provided clearly in our Terms of Service before purchase.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
